All new members of AAC get an opportunity to meet with our professional Fitness Consultants and based on your assessment results and personal goals a customized fitness “blue-print” is created. This “blue-print” will guarantee your fitness success!
During your initial one-on-one session, a certified trainer will work with you to define your personal health goals and design a customized roadmap to achieve them. This service helps build trust, establishes a baseline for your fitness level, and provides a clear, actionable plan tailored to your needs, ensuring you have the right guidance to stay motivated and see results. We’ll work together to understand your current fitness level through a brief assessment, then use that information to create a clear, customized training roadmap designed just for you. Our expert trainers will provide guidance on the best exercises and strategies, helping you feel confident, motivated, and ready to achieve your health and fitness goals.
