FITCLUB is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout program that combines strength and cardio to provide a full-body workout.
This small group training will give you a dynamic mix of exercises like burpees, battle ropes and lunges plus using free weights, kettlebells and traditional lifts to challenge you and improve your strength, endurance and agility. It is suitable for all fitness levels, and our FitClub trainers will offer modifications to help you work at your own pace and build a stronger more resilient body.
