For over 20 years, Abington Athletic Club has ensured all members start their fitness journey accurately, safely and with realistic structured goals. All new members meet one on one with our professional Fitness Consultants and based on your assessment results and personal goals a customized fitness “blue-print” is created. This “blue-print” will guarantee your fitness success!

FITCLUB is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout program that combines strength and cardio to provide a full-body workout.
This small group training will give you a dynamic mix of exercises like burpees, battle ropes and lunges plus using free weights, kettlebells and traditional lifts to challenge you and improve your strength, endurance and agility. It is suitable for all fitness levels, and our FitClub trainers will offer modifications to help you work at your own pace and build a stronger more resilient body.

Ladies’ Power Studio

Welcome to our dedicated Ladies’ section, a private and comfortable 2000 sq./ft space to reach your fitness goals. The area is open during normal club hours and included in our low membership price.
This studio is designed to provide a quiet and supportive environment for women to focus on their fitness goals with a full range of Nautilus strength training equipment, benches, free weights, TRX, stretching area and much more. It’s a perfect option for new members to get comfortable with equipment and a complimentary intro to strength training is always available. Inquire at the front desk and get started today!
