TESTIMONIALS!! #1 Hi Arianne,
I just wanted to give you some feedback about the Boot Camp I'm currently taking with Jason.
I had never taken anything like this class so I was very curious but having heard great things about the Boot Camp Class, I also had high expectations. Jason's Class has met and exceeded my expectations. I love the fact that although it's a fast paced class, Jason will always stop whatever he's doing to answer a question, help someone, correct someone without embarrassing them etc but at the same time makes sure he pushes everyone to their maximum. I also have to comment on how well Jason switches exercises up and adds props to make it very fun at the same time. We're now 2 1/2 weeks in and I can definitely see some changes. I cant wait for the final 1 1/2 weeks to see the final results!!
Thanks Arianne,
Jim
#2 Hi! Just a quick e-mail to let you know that I am so happy that I signed up for the January 2009 Boot Camp! We are in the beginning of Week 3 and I already feel much stronger and much healthier! Working out in the morning makes every single day 100% better. Even though I have to wake up at 5am, it's totally worth it! I feel amazing all day now! My third grade students have also noticed that these days, I am full of energy! I think the wisdom of working out in the morning is that the day doesn't get in my way. So many things can come up in the course of the day to derail my time and motivation to work out. Working out in the morning gives me a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction in knowing that it's done. Also, Jason is fabulous! He is so motivating and challenges me to try harder and harder and push myself. I love that he mixes up the exercises so that we never do the same thing day after day! During my workout every morning, just when I think that I am going to quit, Jason comes by with words of praise and encouragement and I somehow find the strength to keep going. Jason makes me want to work even harder and I have pushed myself to limits that I never knew I could reach! I have also set personal goals for myself! This is something that I never would have done before Boot Camp. Jason's eclectic taste is music is also very motivating! What a way to start the day! So thank you to Jason and to Abington Athletic Club for offering Boot Camp! I will be signing up again! Please feel free to share this e-mail with others who may be interested in signing up! Tell the other members I said, "Just do it! You won't regret it!" Sincerely, Lauren Roche #3 Originally I did a boot camp last May and I loved it. This is my second boot camp and believe it or not Im actually enjoying this one even more. I agree that its nice to work out early in the morning and its a great way to start your day. Some days it is not that easy to get out of bed, but Im very happy after Ive worked out. Im even thinking of signing up for the next boot camp if I can commit to the 5:30 time. Jason is an awesome instructor!! He changes things up and seems so knowledgeable. I think he actually makes the boot camp. He pushes us, but does not make us feel out of shape. I would highly recommend boot camp for anyone who wants to get in better shape and for anyone who finds it difficult to fit in evening workouts. Sometimes I have the best intentions for going to the gym after work and then something comes up with the kids or a work appt and then Im annoyed that I cant get to the gym. This alleviates this problem all together.
Thanks,
Lisa Crowley
Hi, I just wanted to say that the boot camp I just took with Jason was awesome. I was the weakest in the class. The first day I could not even do one sit-up. Jason always encouraged me but never made me feel bad for the shape I was in. I was pushed but with respect for where I was. I am proud to say that on the last day I was able to do 111 sit- ups. The program was excellent but I think Jason being the leader makes a huge difference. He is wonderful at his job! I even joined the gym, something I would never had done before boot camp. I feel like I am strong enough to actually exercise now. It will sound cheesy but this boot camp changed my life and I am incredibly thankful. Thank you too to Abington Athletic Club for allowing non-members to do boot camp. My sincerest two thumbs up for Boot Camp! Sincerely, P.T.
